Where do I start?!
Complete lack of understanding of what is required to build a successful product. Absolutely no market research goes into the things that are launched, and decisions are often rushed, as well as copied from others, in the hope to make money fast.
Unrealistic revenue targets set by management.
Micromanaging occurs from the very top, and junior members of the team are pressured into taking orders from the very close-knit management team.
The founders are very unwilling to take risks and are only focused on making their investors happy.
They don't learn from their [many] mistakes.
No clear strategy in place, which often means employees get fired for no reason every 6 months or so. This happened 3-4 during my time there.
