Incredible benefits - some of the best in the nation.

Cons

Multiple EEOC lawsuits, HR is a joke, upper management is comprised of truly unethical people who will make decisions based off a Catholic-centered world view of misogyny. Warning: Do not be diverse in any capacity and work here! Check out the Dallas court filings to find out more about how EEOC is handled, and heavily consider that this is how decisions are made on a larger scale. Imagine all the other EEOC cases that did not make it to trial!

Cons

Pay is mediocre at best; the culture is shifting negatively. The family atmosphere is becoming less genuine. More work, same or less pay. Benefits are decreasing.
