Bullying in teams, childish playground attitudes, generally unprofessional
Over worked, long hours.
Poor pay.
Bullying from Business development managers.
Useless support colleagues from head office, have absolutely no clue on how veterinary practices operate, most are from retail backgrounds, just focused on targets and making money at the cost of people.
Higher managers constantly making poor business decisions, resulting in major losses.
High colleague turn over.
Colleague shortages due to no budget for more staff, holidays, cover become a nightmare.
Promised the world at the start, never delivered.
Training is non existent.
Act like they own you, expect you to be at their beckoned call 24/7
They actively lie, cover ups, throw you under the bus at any opportunity to cover their own backs.
BDM's cause endless headaches, with ridiculous and endless nonsensical tasks, expect you to be mindless and follow in line with a military like fashion.
Opening too many practices at such a high rate and don't look after the ones they already have.
Stress levels and suicides amongst colleagues are questionably high, it should be investigated.
We're actively taught how to dispose of colleagues who won't play by their rules, with long drawn out performance management.
Unfair, unethical, unrealistic, inhuman principles.
Not enough business trainers for regions, waiting list for training is ridiculously long
Completely inflexible to peoples needs.
30 minute unpaid lunch in a ten hour shift.
Repeatedly ignore requests and emails for help.
The previous reviews are true, it's a terrible company and needs immediate action to be taken.
The list is endless, it's a terrible company to work for, heading in the direction of other corporates they slate, however their main competitor has better reviews on here than they do!
Principle attitude of 'sod the colleagues, they're dispensable' It's honestly made my live a living nightmare.
