Pros

I've been with the company for a while, and the recent changes to our leadership team have made a dramatic difference. The new management has genuinely transformed the workplace culture for the better. Pros The most significant change is the shift to a more open and collaborative environment. Our new leaders have a clear vision and are excellent at communicating it to everyone on the team. They actively listen to feedback and seem to genuinely care about employee well-being and professional growth. The old "top-down" approach is gone, replaced with a system that values and empowers individual contributions. The overall morale has improved drastically, and it's a much more positive and motivating place to work.

Cons

The only real challenge is that some of the old, inefficient processes are still being phased out. It's a temporary growing pain as we transition, but it means there can be some minor delays or confusion as we all adapt to the new way of doing things. However, this is a small issue compared to the enormous positive changes that have been made.

Incompetent leadership, no focus, beyond toxic

Pros

The pay is decent and there is a flexible working arrangement.

Cons

There was so much potential for Vetster, but a wolf in sheep’s clothing set the company on fire. There is absolutely no focus - everything is an immediate priority. Great talent is actively suppressed so as to spotlight only the work of a select few. No consideration for how veterinary medicine actually operates and so therefore the company is completely missing the mark. It’s really sad as there was so much opportunity here. Avoid at all costs unless you’re an emotional robot with minimal personal ambition.
