      Pros

      The CEO is very passionate and loves her work. Her energy really motivates the company. Over all a very chill crowd to work with in my experience.

      Cons

      Standard DoD contract work, which can be dull and some people may not be passionate about the work. Since it is contract work you're really locked into your position until another contract comes around that might offer a bump in your salary and junior/senior status.

      Worse Management I've Ever Seen

      Pros

      The only pro is that you get a clearance.

      Cons

      Management does not handle harassment and racial issues! An incident was reported and management didn't even address a warning. Manager didn't take the situation seriously. A second incident was reported on racial comments and nothing was addressed. In the interview they talk about working on "science and technology" projects and how they collaborate with government organizations, but only work on the same two internal projects that was created almost 2 years ago. Just adding more "features" to the existing software. They don't even provide utensils, napkins, cups or coffee! They make their employees provide that stuff, or bring their own. Very cheap.

      Matching 401k, Generous leave policy, good people to work with. Watched several start off in a Junior Developer positions and progress to Mid/Senior positions within the company.
