Company direction and upper leadership are headed in the best direction for the longevity of the company, Some of the leadership truly care about the staff.

Cons

VERY poor pay compared to competing companies in the same city. Lower level management does not show they care for the employees nor the future of the employees who have the greatest number of completions, quality of work, customer reviews, tenure, and overall performance.

Very clear hierarchy for efficient team work and customer service with heavy investment in infrastructure to improve service levels. Vexus hires employees over contractors to guarantee the support experience and provide benefits to more families.

Vexus is so much better than competitors there really is no comparison
