Pros

All of my coworkers were smart and competent

Cons

There was a large layoff followed by a recent exodus of senior level employees, and morale is at an all-time low. Other reviews suggest that the layoff was smaller than it really was - this is a lie Incompetent leadership throughout the company: no roadmap, vision, or plan to compete with real threats to the business like Lyft and Uber. They do not listen to feedback and truly do not care about the patients that they're serving Shady hiring practices: employees were asked on at least one occasion to write 5 star reviews on Glassdoor. When it came to hiring talent, management tended to ignore feedback from interviewers and made whatever hiring decision they wanted even if it wasn't best for the team Technology is in bad shape, leading to booking errors and people not getting picked up for their appointments Below average compensation for employees in most departments. Management is grossly overpaid

Don't let the sleek website fool you, it's pure chaos and is getting worse

Pros

- Very flexible vacation policy - Some truly intelligent and ambitious colleagues who are genuinely nice people - Software/resources for collaboration and workflow management were readily available

Cons

- Disloyal, indecisive leadership that is never held accountable for their actions or lack thereof - No clear vision for the future, each day is spent "kicking the can down the road" - Top-heavy org structure, way too many VPs and EVPs collecting six-figure paychecks when all they do is act as unnecessary middlemen with no real skills - Lack of basic resources (money, staff) for mid-and lower-level teams and employees leads to extreme strain and inefficiencies; perpetual struggle to "stay afloat" results in rock-bottom morale

Pros

Enjoyed the Challenge of picking up people who do not speak English and never probable will - taking them somewhere and expecting to get paid for it - VEYO received 70.4 million contract for 3 years - wiping out all completion - sounds like a great deal - They get another 5 year extension after the first 3 years - Sounds like Veyo could pay Drivers $12.00 hr plus trips - Veyo took that away in March and lowered minimum ride from $4.98 to $4.80 - VEYO WILL MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR VEYO - Drivers are disposable - The ones who can not add and will last the longest - I lasted 2 weeks after they took the $12,00 per hour base pay away in March - Unfortunately I can add and subtract - Sorry

Cons

Drive my own Vehicle - average $5.30 per ride - 45 minutes plus 15 minutes to pick up next ride - $5.30 per hour - average 50 miles driving day - grosses around $25.00 - no pay for no shows - figure I net near $3.00 hour if I never change my oil or a tire needs replaced or I add extra insurance- Minimum wage unfortunately sound good compared to VEYO $3,00 hour - I drove 150 miles in one day and grossed $54.36 - 150 miles = $54,36 Can not afford to drive for Veyo - cost me Money
