Well run for a start up, you obviously expect a bit of craziness but that’s inherent to a start up business. The great thing is the people at the top want you to succeed and genuinely look after you.
They really make me fill this whole thing out just to look at company reviews for my job search. They bait and switch saying I only need to share salary and make me fill out this BS.
