      Pros

      - colleagues are generally friendly - casual work environment - interesting tech and customers, plenty to learn if you have the time - as with any company, some teams have better culture than others

      Cons

      - some managers love to micromanage and can be quite disrespectful to their staff - culture appears to be getting worse over time. the "every man for himself" mentioned in another review is becoming quite the norm - work-life balance is bad. expect to still be contacted when you're on leave or sick, even for non urgent matters - frequent long, inefficient meetings

      Colleagues at non-leadership level were a pleasure to deal with.

      Cons

      Leadership is bad, unclear, unfocused with a couple of characters that are toxic, throw tantrums and that react badly to truthful feedback and expect only praise and to be placated.

      Cons

      Very long working hours. Staffs made to undertake one day of Non Paid Leave per week (after Covid 2019), resulting in around 20% lost of income.

      As we all know, 2020 has been a challenging year, and ViSenze has not been spared by the economic impact like many others globally. However, from the onset, our main goal has been to ensure that all ViSenzers will be able to ride through the storm together as one.
