      It is great for training. They get to the root of client issues. Focused on getting in touch with emotions and understanding trauma.

      Cons

      You will have no time to do anything else! No work life balance. the owner can flip a switch (compassionate/not compassionate) behind closed doors. manipulative tactics with clients and staff. Other staff have also reported they promise things to employees and don't deliver.
