      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work, good PTO policy, talented and smart colleagues.

      Cons

      No transparency, sketchy leadership and CEO. Very regular layoffs/firings. Not a stable environment. Very lacking in organization and the company strategy shifts quarterly. Would not recommend.
