Great colleagues, increasingly good tech, some of the most caring & thoughtful leadership I've ever had the pleasure to work with

Cons

Company culture, mission and modus operandi are all hard to gauge because of a lack of alignment in the leadership team. It is difficult to steer a ship when people point in different directions.
