      Pros

      The office is clean and modern, with perks like free fruit and hot drinks supplied. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is approachable and supportive, regardless of their role in the company. My role also offers flexible hours and the option to work from home on certain days, which has been a great help for me!

      Great Business for Apprentices

      Pros

      Vianet are very supportive of Apprenticeships and Training which makes it a nice place for people starting out in their careers or people who are just looking to develop their skills. The employee benefits are also very good.

      Cons

      Although this has improved over the past couple of years, there are a few parts of the business which rely on individuals for knowledge on a topic. This knowledge should be spread across departments more.
