A patchwork quilt of subpar companies with a phony culture of "Caring".
Pros
If I could have the employees that LEFT MedPlast/Viant, I'd have an excellent team. (Another big plus is that they are always hiring ;-)
Cons
First, this is the old MedPlast organization which is renowned for its poor quality, high turnover rate and a work culture that the EEOC knows all too well. The Hydra has added some heads and changed its name. to "Viant Medical". They dug through the private-equity dumpster and found the remains of several divisions of under-performing that had recently been sold and tossed aside. These unprofitable divisions would become the "stuffing" of the new Viant straw man. Their claim was, "We're going to build value!" Unfortunately, they never knew how to grow organically. Their DNA is to squeeze the life out of organizations they acquire through cost-cutting and running equipment into the ground. They have brought in a corporate team that resembles the cast from "Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room". Just ask around the industry and you will find out much more than I can add here.
