Pros

Can't think of any. If you like change there are constant changes. It is in Fishers, which is a great town.

Cons

Start up.... it is unorganized and there are constant changes. No direction. Poor management. Not a lot of stability for employees.

Thank you for the feedback! As a startup we are a very fluid company and are still finding our way. While being part of a company from the ground floor - creating processes and procedures, developing products, defining a brand, etc. - is very exciting to some, it's definitely not the best fit for others. We are working to refine our company direction and management, and hope that is apparent in the future to come.

Office space/location and new hybrid model Giveaways No accountability and no work means plenty of time for outside interests

Job cuts again round 2 this year. More coming. Bad Vibe Mood wondering what did they acquire? Bad Vibe Toxic environment from coworkers to management is mentally damaging Leadership barely existed before and now has 100% disappeared. The lack of experience is obvious look at the results. This has gotten worse since Mood bought us. Bad Vibe No accountability anywhere in the org, especially in sales. And management. Time is spent on pet projects but not on the current business. Bad Vibe
