Pros

If you enjoy working four ten hour shifts and having a three day weekend than this is the place. A fantastic cafeteria and Gym. A strong customer base.

Cons

Low pay, Rumors, Rumors ,Rumors that fly though the place by both workers on the floor and some of the department heads and the supervisors. It is the Good Old Boy mentality that has existed here for generations now. A great group of long term employees whom truly care of the product but that are overlooked and expected to fill in constantly in other positions due to the fact they cannot keep the new help they hire. The benefits are good if you have been there for five or more years. Sometimes you get forty hours or more and sometimes you will get less than forty hours depending which department you are in. It is a smokey and extremely hot plant. The over all can do attitude has continually declined on the floor and long term employees are now leaving or looking to leave. It is certainly not the turn around we all had hoped for when Vibram bought it out.

Pros

This company used to be amazing. We used to be a family and people actually enjoyed coming to work. Being an employee of Vibram was something to be proud of.

Cons

Over the past several years we have been complacent with the slow erosion of our happiness with the company. However due to new decision makers in upper management, the changes we have seen over the last few months are unacceptable. We are completely directionless. I've never been with a company with worse top level management. In addition to lack of direction, our benefits were significantly reduced and our bonuses which most of us need to live were stripped down to nothing. I don't know anyone here who isn't looking for a better opportunity.

Pros

This is perhaps the most difficult question to answer...perhaps they invested some cash in signs, windows and some much needed upgrades recently. Can probably get rick quick through lawsuits if you desire because they do a LOT of stuff wrong.

Cons

Most of management at high levels. You will get mixed messages on the same topic depending on who you speak to. Consider that where there is a theme in these messages about HR being horrible at this place. Where there is smoke there is fire. It isn't all of HR necessarily but marching orders come from the top and there, they haven't a clue about Human Resource Management. The lack of professionalism is scary and the fact there haven't been multiple lawsuits here yet is no small feat. If you really want to have some fun start with talk about a Union and watch how they come after you. They will monitor your social media, talk to people around you and try to dig up anything they can on you to shut you up.
