Vibrantz products are used are very interesting markets Can get experience in many different areas and the operations team is supportive Each site provides to a different industry and has different equipment

Cons

Job Security - You are a number. If any business segment declines, you're on a chopping block. Years of service are an afterthought Pay - don't expect to be at market price or get raises/bonuses Work load - with many layoffs you'll be expected to cover someone else's workload because they likely will not be replaced. Knowledge Retention - when letting go of employees, there is no time to gather their knowledge or work information. They are gone immediately
