Pros

The pay was fair enough

Cons

Very poor leadership. A lot of C-suite exists over the past six months, which shouldn't inspire confidence. They've performed three rounds of layoffs since January, cutting most of their support, QA, account managers, etc. Leadership keeps using phrases like "macro-economic headwinds" and "extending our runway". The first round of mass layoffs, they had the news delivered to each team member by an outgoing C-suite member. The CEO, Alex, didn't even do the layoffs himself. And in laying folks off, they made sure to capture their stock back. Meanwhile the Slack channels are full of pictures and videos of the C-suite hopping the globe for vacations and more.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow and learn at such a fast pace. Amazing directors and managers. If you are sales, you will be compensated.

Cons

When I started I had such high hopes. Sadly, over the last year, I have watched the company become one I do not recognize. Product, sales, and engineering were never aligned for as long as I was there which leads to high turnover and layoffs after layoffs. HR C-Suite does not care about the employees and will turn their sights away to sexism, and nepotism that is seen. They will work you until you are burnt and then fire you. I would not recommend this company.
