Reasonable Executive Leadership, Supportive Board, Good Location, Flexible Working, Reasonable Remuneration, Employee Benefit Programme, Teams are passionate

Cons

Innovation, Product & Marketing delays and challenges due to organisational bloat and onerous processes. State Government still retains ownership of the underlying entity, regulatory and policy functions, digital assets and data.
