      Pros

      Freshers can improve their basics here. Higher management is comparatively good as they understand and support the employees.

      Cons

      Politics at its best. Mid level management is all about politics. Managers speak ill of every employee. You can survive there only if you are good in politics They won't let you live even on weekends. Some time it feels like you are sitting in between a group of aunties.

However the fact that you are calling employees of the company with far more experience than you and who have proven themselves as ' group of aunties' reflects on your value, your misogyny and your education rather than reflect on the company.

      NEVER JOINING THIS FAKE COMAPNY.

      It is a small company with narrow mind people.

      Cons

      1. They will take your feedback from their clients every week about how you are performing. 2.They will not allow you to settle down in your role after you join the organisation. 3. There is no training to help you understand your role. 4. Basically you are contractor for the clients to whom you will be assigned to work. 5.Vineet Samson one of the most inefficient manager of this small company. Stay away frm this person. 6.They will fire within few days of joining. 7.So better stick to your current role and avoid joining this type of small company
