- Learning, - Working at lower engineering levels and at the fundamental level. - A great team. - Exciting projects
Cons
- Office timings, ( however they've made it very clear from beginning and were honest about it whether i would be comfortable about it or not ) - Super hard work ( If you like what you do, then this is not an issue )

- free to choose your ideas and work on them - you can talk to CEO anytime, no communication barrier - Pay just little above industry avg. in tier 2 city

- Festival holidays are less.
