      Great home life balance and great pay for the area. They also have a clear path forward with advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Tulsa plant will be rough for a while, but it will eventually be an excellent place to settle down and retire from. Modernization is in full swing and shouldn’t be looked at like a 60 year old facility for much longer. Great pay and management

      Cons

      Corporate level above our GM is not the greatest, HR is not very good, some wording upon my hiring shows discrepancies in benefits offered vs. received. There are some major swings in work. Some weeks we can go by and work our 40, and others we will work up to 80 in one week, not for everyone but it keeps me interested.
