Pros

Good training. Good commissions for sales. ESOP so when it eventually gets sold you'll get a good payout. Hybrid work options. Good work parties. Great health benefits.

Cons

Extremely top down decision making. Disregard for employee health and well being. Failure to properly disclose leaked personal information from a cyber attack. Very corporate feeling despite being less than 100 employees. Employee feedback isn't taken seriously. Spent millions of office renovations and complained about profit margins, then tightened the noose. Many times had to cite the FLSA because of malpractice. Petty responses to issues being brought up. Disregard for work life balance. Underpays. Litigates against employees that've left the company. Shady tactics behind closed doors towards customers. Has many times attempted to force injured employees to work to get out of workers compensation claims.

Pros

Family atmosphere, owners are decent people and run the company the way you would expect from decent people

Cons

Though there is a family atmosphere...not everyone is in the "family"..Those who are not in the "family" walk on egghells.
