Pros
Really laid back and accommodating. Will work around your schedule plus the material isn't difficult. The students don't normally come to study hours but the ones that do are always cool.
Cons
There's a 20 hour limit per week and it can get really boring. The students will get frustrated easily if the material is too dense.
