The guy that bought the place took the money and ran. Hired 11 ceos in 7 years. We're they bad people NO he is.

No structure, company being run into ground

Decent employee discount on top of sales/promos.

Cons

Low-quality products sold at ridiculous markups. No structure across upper management and lack of good work ethic in senior leadership. No raises, salaries stay stagnant - only given when trying to get you to stay on their quickly sinking ship. Would prefer to give you a stack of $25 gift cards in lieu of any raises. Board of Directors made bad CEO choice and a few bad hires, company is going out of business but refuse to acknowledge it or let their customers know. Expect you to always be available and working, upper management loves to guilt trip you even though the CEO's monthly rent is a quarter of our yearly income.

Pros

People are friendly and helpful. Product is unique and interesting. Help is always available if you ask. Leaders are approachable and care about you.

Cons

A lot of change, but headed in right direction. Some bad decisions a few years ago took the company off path and led to turmoil. People started to leave and took their knowledge with them.
