Pros

Fun industry to work in, Well known brand

Cons

Always had an uneasy feeling, like no one knew what the next move was going to be. Marketing seemed to struggle with branding. Beer innovation is always lagging behind the rest of the industry. Makes a lot of good beer just nothing really to ride home about. In this industry if you aren't making great beer you mine as well just be a brewpub.

Pros

Victory is a cool place to say you work and they make great beer, but that is where it ends.

Cons

The company is extremely secretive and not at all progressive. They don't look out for their employees and make tons of empty promises. The turnover is extremely high. The culture is awful, moral is low, and definitely not a place for someone with a family. I would not recommend working at Victory.
