The entire thing is a lie, you are lying to people when you go door to door. The company says it stands for honor and transparency but the first thing you say to customers is all lies. The company itself lies to you when it says you can transfer to any department, once you ask they tell you to wait a few months, once those months end they tell you to wait some more, they will always keep pushing it back. The biggest lie was being told that everyone there will help you, they don't, they just say they do and when you fail they pretend they weren't involved at all.

Seems like the whole recruiting and training stage is a pitch they try to sell you on how “great” this job is. They sell you on this “perfect job” and emphasizing how much money you’re going to make. They fail to mention that this job is completely outside (regardless of the weather), walking around for 8 hrs with no bathroom privileges.
