Cons
I have read some of the reviews on here and most are fake m, done by upper management trying to cover themselves. As a young person coming up through the ranks, I'm going to use my experiences from victory tailgate on how to not run a company and treat your employees. My personal manager had no idea what she was doing. She hates her job as well. I don't think anyone is really truly happy there unless they're in the "inner circle". If you aren't in the "inner circle" you really don't have a chance for success with the company. Everything is like the movie Mean Girls. Its disheartening to know that they can sleep at night while treating employees like second-class citizens. You are the first person on the block who successfully made a fun product better than anyone else at the time. Please stop acting like you are changing the tailgating scene for the better. We all see how you visually look at your employees and the tone you use to speak to them. We all talk and we all agree, this isn't the best place to work. Most of us are just using it to pay the bills and don't plan on being here for the long-haul The favoritism that is shown is very unethical. You'd think a company of their size, would know what they were doing on a daily basis. The best day of my life was the day I woke up and I did not have to work there anymore. I'm thankful I had a second job I was working that I could fall back on.
