Pros

No pros at this company

Cons

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Management is childish and petty and very rude. Only Suck ups get rewarded. Anyone that actually goes to work to work and does their job gets ignored. All they do is lie to the customers. Nothing this company says is true! And the pay is terrible.

Peel back the layers...

Pros

Looks professional from the outside. Work was easy. Stress did not come from the work itself, but by how you were treated by your manager.

Cons

Peel back the layers and you'll start to see the flaws... Positions are mostly filled with uneducated cheap labor. Core values are a joke as those who implemented them do not follow them. Poor performers allowed to stay a long time because of their "loyalty" to the company. Tremendous trust issues with some managers. Products are cheap and wear out easily. Hard to stand behind a company with such poor customer reviews.

Pros

Now remote, Not busy all year long do have an easy work day for most of the year and then very fast pace the rest of the year.

Cons

Managers are toxic. They treat employees poorly. HR is very rude and offers little assistance. Managers all kiss up to the VP so they have this tight environment where if you do not do what they want you will be treated horribly or let go. The managers who all did amazing work and did care about the employees were let go or pushed out of the company. The actual products are not good quality, which items do not reflect that and the company claims to be "made in the USA" but nothing is. They are not customer-focused and don't want to help customers.
