Pros
The people around me made the job great. A fun work environment is important for a healthy work life balance. Manager was fantastic and trusting, whereas I don’t think this was the case for a few departments.
Cons
Senior management was very dismissive and sometimes immature. Especially the CEO when he had his random outbursts. Played favorites and seemed very fake. I personally think many people at this job deserved better especially with promotions but unfortunately it seemed like everything was under a tight budget, from projects to pay. No work from home either unless it’s a snow day etc. I think a lot of people feel like they are stuck here.
