Pros
-Small company doing exciting things in a very very stagnant industry. -Smart and dedicated group of individuals that are loyal to a fault
Cons
-Founder does not know how to actually grow and scale the business -2 CEOs left during my short time there while the founder kept doing his thing -Founder is now the CEO - not sure wtf is wrong with the board of this company

None really. The product at one time had vision and great leadership. All that has been lost.
Cons
Lack of corporate values, lack of vision, upper management lives in glass houses, bad culture, no integrity.
