      Fantastic supportive culture, awesome teammates, interesting problems to solve. Moving quickly, but the company and the people ensure that it’s not too fast.

      Changing priorities (common in startups), competitive market.

      - Amazing team, everyone is kind and capable. - Unlimited PTO, great culture around work/life balance on the Product and Engineering teams - Dentistry is way more interesting than I thought it would be - Work with some of the biggest DSOs in the dental world- very big clients. - Strong culture, clear values, see people promoted frequently - Free ChatGPT license, encouraged to use AI intelligently in our work

      Cons

      - Big enterprise clients = high stakes - Short-staffed while trying to hire engineers- lots of designs still on the backburner until we can get support - Pressure to deliver quickly can get intense at times, resulting in long hours. However, this is well-managed by Design Manager and Head of Product, doesn't happen often.

      VideaHealth has an exceptional culture of collaboration and ownership. I get to do meaningful work that directly impacts clinicians and patients, and the team is filled with thoughtful, driven people. Leadership listens, and recent benefits improvements show investment in the team.

      Cons

      Long hours can frequently creep in, and frequent strategic pivots sometimes make it hard to stay focused on long-term priorities.
