- salary doesn't move much, if at all, with each year, so its not really competitive and doesn't enforce employee retention.
- role complacency - you wont grow in your role basically.
- adhoc projects that appear on the fly and depending on your title you'll be expected to perform hastily on said projects
- poor structure/management guidance
- bonuses are small and not competitive with that of most companies in the city.
- management's been pushing employees to come back to office and not WFH, as of recent months.
