      Not a place for professional growth

      Pros

      Some if you are fresher. Dont believe the 5-star reviews received by company on Glassdoor as those are forced current employee reviews or paid reviews.

      Cons

      No scope of professional growth as top positions are sold to family members of owner of the company. Company doesnt invest in employee training or advanced tools. Most of the work is done on old computers and outdated technologies. HR policies are made to please the management rather employees. If you dont have a project you will be kicked out immediately as sales team is not able to close projects quickly. If you are working on a project and if you decide to leave then notice period is 3months and if company wants you to go then it could be anything between 1 day to 15days. You will be asked to work in poor conditions like without AC under table fans. No employee benefits apart from health insurance.

      Promises to Deliver "Elephant" to Client. Assign freshers on a project with zero experience without training. so freshers can get a job here with frustration as an added benefit

      Cons

      Do you want to experience hell.. Please join vidushi infotech the specialities are 1. No training 2. Heavy expectations 3. Poor Project management 4. Management peoples are settled as like Government Job 5. The peoples who are working hard gets "Peanut" while those who are so called HOD or project manager doing nothing instead of "Bol Bachchan" and getting good salaries on the scale as "performance" 6. fake promises to the clients without discussion with core teams and then start unneccessary pressurising on employees 7. fake promises about salary hike, infact there is no salary hike. 8. management is just like "british government before independence" 9. Poor internet & systems

      Pros

      There is no best reason to work here at Vidushi Infotech because employment generally treats you as a machine with much of mental torcher & fake promises about salary hike & when it comes to the salary hike then they raise question over performance and give hike as 2-3 k with many conditions. Company Policies are worsts. 1 / 2 yrs Bond, Sandwitch, No leaves. & if they don't like you they do not provide you the experience letter, if you insists then they ask for money. For experienced professionals its a good advice do not join Vidushi infotech for your better future.

      Cons

      There are no challenges in work only stress, stress & stress. there is no employee benefit and HR team is completely biased towards management. the rules & policies are different for everyone.
