Pros

None None None None Lol

Cons

Their so called policies dont adhere to Indian office policies, having office on weekend and on national holidays. If on weekend, Sunday should be off atleast. The senior person is carefree and unprofessional, does not care about his employees and treats us like slaves Treat your counsellors like counselor and not slaves, give us counselor related work and not calls and get us do gree test

Pros

Could not find any best reasons to work here.

Cons

1. Reception person has MORE power then Senior position person because he is working since last 10 years. 2. Other old employees encourage reception to become Team leader. 3. Bunch of Regional language speaking people thinks its their own company. 4. Salary comes on 15th of next month. Govt bodies also don't do that. 5. Do not expext professionalism from team or management. 6. Focus only on enrolments. Employee retention is not focused. Poor handling of staffs. No facilities given to them. 7. Washroom of all centers stink as good as public toilets. 8. New employee tries to change anything in the system them FM staff (peon staff) says.. yaha pe ashe he hotha hai. They are more valued then employees. 9. Positions of counsellors and Team Lead filled with Engineering with almost 7 -8 years of experience. And a Centre manager join with bcom +pg qualification. So they are worried that how a bcom manager will handle the center.
