Breathtaking work environment, we get to be at one of Boston’s top attractions comes with amazing views every day. No two days are the same, making it an engaging and exciting place to work. My favorite aspect is my team is collaborative and leadership is approachable. Managers are open to feedback and care a lot to improve the employee experience.
Cons
It’s a fast paced environment and it can be intense during peak seasons, so time management and adaptability are key. Like many attractions, there are occasional staffing shortages, but management is working on solutions. It’s still a new attraction and some processes are still being refined as the company grows, but there’s a strong effort to improve.

Omg- where do I even begin. It is such a privilege to work at View Boston, flooding with role models in leadership, people who are there to protect you and such a hardworking HR and upper management team that backs you up when you have questions. VB Ops are amazing. They all work as a team and care deeply abt their employees. We have fun things and events to excite the employees and we all love what we do at VB. We are all wonderful together!!!! Love this placeee! God Bless.
Cons
-I just don't love the 15 mins breaks for under 6 hr shifts- if it's really busy- walking time can take up to half your break which makes it tricky to really have a recharge moment (but management understands ) - when some days are high stress- I think all of us as a team have a human moment where we might not be as much in a collaborative headspace as we normally are and we can easily fix that by just conversing with all the departments beforehand! :)
