      - Amazing and genuine people all around - Ideas are valued and more opportunities to work on group level projects - Great work life balance - Supportive environment

      Cons

      Unfortunate that Covid has pushed the refurbishment plans back. Would have been great to update all hotel assets as it is the one thing that stops this hotel group from growing further

      Pros

      Owners have been so supportive of the business during various lockdown. Amazing team of individuals who have worked their butts off to ensure we can pay the bills with the muted government support

      Cons

      Not really a con but I cant wait for all the future initiatives to unfold.
