1. There's no vision. 2. Very poor management. Managers are highly unprofessional. 3. Only people who are in good books of manager get appreciation and promotions. 4. Managers cover up for their favourite employees at any cost because they dance on managers' tune. 5. All the control lies in the hands of on shore managers. People from US want to control everything in India. 6. Senior management is mostly confused and has lot of conflicts among themselves which result in lot of rework. 7. Management doesn't value hard working employees. 8. HR has no role to play. HR will listen to your concerns, gossip a lot but will never try to find a solution. THE MOST unprofessional HR department I have ever interacted with. 9. This company has no vision, no direction. You won't get a feel of working at a start up at all. It's just a bunch of stupid people who enjoy cheap politics.

1. Working at Viewics is Psychological Torture. You feel like a prisoner. 2. Wrong handed Leading Management. "Deceptive, Unethical, Poorly Managed, No Sense of Direction. Worst leader (India level)i ever seen. 3.Company will hire you and any time you can be fired if you will not satisfy your manager. 4. Engineers are technical but upper management is poor. 5.worst food. 6.No work from Home (It is there on website but not actual) 7. Beg for leaves 9. more than 9 hours working is compulsory (unofficially) 10. very imp. No quality work. No use of such experience in market. 11. Once can hire on high salary and fire in next six month.
