No HR. Boss tries to be everyone’s friend so he never tries to solve any problems among the work place. They will add different job roles that you did not sign up for to your daily duties and even a new title but refuse to give you a pay raise to go along with it. There is no job advancements. You are expected to do it all. High turnover rates.
