Pros

Quote from their Upper Management, "Your Lucky to Have a JOB"!!!

Cons

The minute you start working for them, you become their SLAVE. Expect the following from Upper Management: -24 hour work day at 7 days a week -must run at least 30 or more jobs, cause they don't want to hire more people. It will cut into their PROFITS. -just take the working condition or leave, attitude -atmosphere is chaotic and the ones who have been there long are negative and frustrated. So in turn, they make your life difficult. -if a sales guy specs a system wrong, you need to handle it. There are many turnovers. I saw Techs, hired and start on a Monday, leave that same day, very frustrated.

Pros

The people you work with are delightful. They make working for Viju tolerable. You don’t have anyone looking over your shoulder

Cons

No organization No leadership The ceo or as they refer to him now as General manager is never there. He doesn’t know how to run a company. They are bleeding clients. He will spend 1,000 to save 5 dollars.

Pros

Hands on AV Technology.

Cons

From Day one they are putting you on the phone. All the leads are nice at first and if you have questions, they direct you to Cisco, com. Once you are there for a little while they keep pushing and enforcing military style rules. The seniors connect to your VIJU Personal e-mail and forward these to management to deliberately get a leg up on you. Dodge call and they do not keep up with team work in-coming e-mails. No compassion or consideration for other team mates. They talk poorly about each other and play a lot of head games, which is very un-professional. Only provide help, to you when it is convenient to them. They talk about retaining people and more than 50% of all people quit within the first 90 days. I would choose other offers before selecting this company or use ir as a last choice in negotiations. They are in their own little bubble and if they do not come up for air the company will fail and then they need to report back to the big bosses in Norway
