Set you up to fail Fake software team Lack of clear requirements. No clear prioritization of work. Lack of Autonomy High Turnover Ineffectiveness - Massive amounts of code debt, bad decisions, missed deadlines, low agility, high amount of bugs, long JIRA turnaround, slow decisions. Engineers' estimates and assessments being ignored. Lack of support, guidance, and leadership from the team's manager or other leaders, leading to a lack of direction and motivation
