      Pros

      Great people and great area. Operations leadership has the plant moving in the right direction. Work life balance is a plus.

      Cons

      Multiple lay offs since 2012. Two locations creates silos between executive staff and operations. This also includes a disconnect between engineering and operations.

      Great colleagues. Great company culture. Transparent management team. Annual bonuses per performance reviews. Challenging job at times but typically low-pressure.

      Cons

      The work is project-based and sometimes a project that was “hot” becomes “cold” and the project is shelved for other ones.
