      There are no pros of working here

      Cons

      Filthy work conditions, cockroaches everywhere. Staff will not train you so you get thrown in with 15 patients that will all call for help. You will work with racists that will gossip about you and treat you unfairly. You will encounter a lot of unorganization and blame the moment something goes wrong. You will not have any help or support whatsoever because this company will understaff to fatten their own pockets.

      Pros

      Friendly and helpful coworkers. Good work schedules. 6 am -2:30 p, 2-1030 p, 10 p- 6:30 am. Building needs repairs/ updating

      Cons

      Stress level is high. Pay is 28 / hr. Patient to nurse ration is1: 30-45. Staff turn over is high. Unable to care for residents they way they should be cared for due to time constraints
