      Pros

      Some of the management team will work with you when you have an issue.

      Cons

      Some coworkers can be very hostile towards you and will make it difficult to do your job because they don't want to double check work or just to make your life difficult. Office staff is super lazy. There was an issue with sexual harassment that was never truly dealt with due to some of the perpetrators being really good friends with upper management. Rumors galore. Will have you cross train for multiple departments but will not give you a raise.
