Pros

The management team is very supportive of each other and the providers all have the patient's best interest in mind.

Cons

No work life balance if you are in management. You spend all day in meetings and then begin your work afterwards, leading to working evenings and weekends. The COO micromanages and is very hard on her management team, leading to high turnover. The pay does not meet industry standards and does not compensate for the stressful work environment.

christmas bonus but nothing else.

lowest pay rate no respect for anyone terrible quality of care they provide their patients horrible communication management is fake and cannot be trusted so much drama highest turnover rate of providers and other staff everyone is miserable and hates their job

For my first year it was amazing. Great team and I loved my coworkers.

Cons

A few months in, they got new management and it all went down the drain. Understaffed and I was told I was doing the "bare minimum" despite showing up early and leaving late every day and doing the job of 3 people for the pay of 1.
