Pros
Great sales manager. Amazing benefits. Little to no micromanagement.
Cons
Little work life balance. We seem to be slower in sales than other builders. Sales is treated like slaves to the corporate office. We spend most of our days pushing paper, and doing what marketing and other people in the corporate office should be doing.

They seemed to really care about you, even management, and alot of comradery within the department. It really felt like a family, still friends with several.
Cons
The downturn in the homebuilding industry really hurt, broke up a good thing. They have since been bought out, and it's not the same.
