Pros

Iconic brand. Great environment - laid back even though people work extremely hard. The majority of the staff is passionate about VV and it shows in their work. The editorial and business staff are all a wonderful group of people. The editor in chief is a fantastic storyteller and has an exciting vision for the brand. There is a new head of business and she has vast experience in newspapers and sales. Seems to be a great leader. It's an exciting time to see where & how the brand will continue to grow! Good perks - even the small ones such as unlimited snacks, coffee & beverages are appreciated by all of us.

Pros

Good pay for management and good benefits, plenty of tickets to fun events, restaurant gift certificates, and other perks.

Cons

Crumbling industry, getting started as a new sales rep without being handed active accounts is virtually impossible.
