Pros

Friendly culture that encourages close relationships with fellow employees

Cons

The product needs help. Decisions are made without data or deference to people with expertise. Instead, the loudest person in the room gets to decide. Not surprisingly, that is also what defines senior leadership.

Good Mission but Senior Leadership Needs Help

Pros

- Teams work collaboratively towards the company's overall mission. - Great colleagues/teammates. - Opportunity for growth.

Cons

- CEO has tunnel vision of interest for customer teams only - doesn't pay attention to or support back end teams or employees not directly bringing in revenue. - Culture needs serious improvement - there were several attempts at this but ultimately it needs to come from top down and there just wasn't enough care from the senior level team. - Constant change in direction seems normal for this stage of a company, but reorgs and layoffs were handled poorly without care for those departing.
