Thank you for the feedback, and of course, for the time you committed to writing this review and working for 1-week of training.
We agree with your pros, as it's nice to get out of the office, interact with people face to face, and not feel micromanaged. Our concern is that you felt underpaid when compensation is clearly discussed in a second interview and new hire orientation. We also feel that we're very clear in the fact that we do business to business sales (with businesses, not residentially) on behalf of T-Mobile. We don't sell service on the spot, as it wouldn't be convenient to walk around with a dozen phones daily, but instead corporate and personal plans (not the physical service). All in all, it seems there was a disconnect, and should you have any questions regarding training, compensation, or more, we welcome you to reach out to our office.
