Cons
They track you on your computer with the preface of "helping you manage your workday" but it's really to micromanage you. It feels like you're in kindergarten and have to raise your hand to ask to go to the bathroom. They expect immediate results and try to go after an idea for only a week or two before abandoning it. They have no set budget, and so they threaten layoffs repeatedly - you will wake up every day wondering if your job is obsolete because they can't manage their financials. The most wishy washy company I've ever worked for.
